Twin Composting Toilet
This double composting toilet unit clones our popular Bog Standard Compost Toilet side by side into one building.
The twin toilet unit offers two sets of toilet facilities in one compact building and is therefore particularly suited for locations with multiple users.
The version featured in these pictures was commissioned by a campsite in Oxford. There are a number of variations of this product available, depending on your budget and requirements.
The units in the pictures feature loglap cladding to give the look and feel of a traditional log cabin. They are also available with waney edge cladding, such as on the Gypsy Caravan composting toilet.
Options for the roof include the shingles featured on the units here, a living turf roof, EDPM rubber, or a tin roof.
This unit can also be made with a standard sized toilet on one side, and a disabled access toilet on the other and, depending on the terrain of your location, can be supplied with a ramp leading up to the disabled access toilet.
The double unit uses the same wheelie bin composting system for collecting the humanure as our other toilets. Read more about how our composting system works here.
