We are super excited about our first Harry Potter inspired bed! We welcome all bespoke bed enquiries and knew this was going to be a great project the moment we got the email from John about making a bed for his son’s Harry Potter themed bedroom.

We understand the passion people feel for all things Harry Potter. J.K. Rowling’s phenomenally successful stories have been the soundtrack to our lives over the past two years with our daughters listening to the audiobooks on loop.

What could be more exciting than having your very own Harry Potter bed and going to sleep each night feeling like a real witch or wizard? Even better that our first commission is for a little boy who happens to also be called Harry!

This wooden four poster bed has been handmade in our workshop in Wales from 100% oak, and is complete with the familiar features of dark wood, enclosed roof and long velvet curtains on all sides.

These photos were taken in an historic local building in Machynlleth – the 15th Century parliament house of Owain Glyndwr – which has all the majesty and atmosphere of Gryffindor House.

We look forward to continuing the theme with different versions of this bed, including Harry Potter Bunk Beds, so watch this space and do get in touch if you have your own ideas.
